Isles of Muck, Scotland

United Kingdom, September 2019

The Isle of Muck, the smallest of Scotland’s Small Isles, has long drawn attention for its rugged beauty and isolation. I traveled there by boat, expecting to find the island’s famed horses, but instead discovered a quieter story—of windswept hills, scattered cattle, and the rhythms of a small, close-knit place. These photographs trace its stillness and simplicity, a brief glimpse into life on this remote island.
