Rye’s coastline is defined by wide sandy beaches, windswept dunes, and the open horizon of the Channel. This small series of photographs records kite surfers at sea, seafront houses seen across the sand, the movement of a dog across the beach, and the shapes carved by grasses on the dunes. Together they reflect the coastal atmosphere of this Sussex landscape.
