Highland Coos
London ~ August 2018
The Highland cow is one of Scotland’s most recognisable native breeds, with records of their presence dating back to the 6th century. Known for their long horns and thick, shaggy coats, they are well adapted to the harsh weather of the Highlands and islands. These photographs show the animals in their natural settings — grazing among heather, standing against sweeping coastal views, and moving across open moorland.
